1. Booking and Reservation

2. Cancellation by Traveler

2.1. Cancellation Requests: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to MSK Tours and Travels Private Limited by email or through our designated communication channels.

2.2. Cancellation Charges:

4.1. Cancellation: MSK Tours and Travels Private Limited reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, political instability, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, a full refund or an alternative arrangement may be offered.

4.2. Modification: MSK Tours and Travels Private Limited reserves the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, or other aspects of a tour due to operational considerations. Efforts will be made to provide alternative arrangements of similar value.

5. Refunds Processing
